S&P cuts outlook of Brazil Telecom Oi to negative

SAO PAULO, April 2 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's rating agency cut the outlook for Brazilian telecom Oi SA to negative from stable on Thursday, citing lower revenues and cash flow generation.
