Islamist militants attack African Union base in south Somalia

MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Al Shabaab militants attacked an African Union (AU) base in southern Somalia early on Tuesday, the Islamist group and residents said, with unconfirmed reports that dozens of AU soldiers were killed.
