BERLIN, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Hans Dieter Poetsch, the incoming chairman of Volkswagen (VW), sees the scandal around the rigging of emissions tests as a threat to the firm's viability albeit a surmountable one, a newspaper quoted him as saying.
