Dog Days: Dow Dips 23 Points as Market Waits For August Selloff…Or Not

Summer days, driftin' away...and the market is still barely moving. The S&P 500 dipped 0.1% to 2,182.64 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 23.15 points, or 0.1%, to 18,529.42. The Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.1% to 5,244.60. Eight Bridges Capital Management's Jeffrey Miller worries that a market meltdown is just around the corner:
