FCPT Secures Investment Grade Issuer Rating From Fitch Ratings

Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT) (“FCPT” or the “Company”), a real estate investment trust (REIT) engaged in the long-term, net leasing of high-quality restaurant properties, today announced that the Company has received an investment grade rating from Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”). FCPT has been assigned an inaugural rating of BBB- with a Stable Outlook.
