The results will be available on the OCP Intralinks portal and also on the Company’s website http://www.ocpgroup.ma/ from 9 a.m. EST and 2 p.m. GMT/Morocco time.
OCP senior management will host a conference call to discuss results at 10 a.m. EST and 3 p.m. GMT/Morocco time on December 4, 2014 for holders of the Company’s bonds, qualified institutional buyers, securities analysts and market makers.
