Continental Real Estate Management proudly celebrates their 10-year anniversary with locally owned Lenwood Apartments. Since the beginning of their partnership in 2004, these two organizations strive to accomplish one singular, important goal: quality, affordable housing for students at Penn State. Together, they’ve fostered a wonderful relationship both companies can be proud of, and will continue doing so for many years to come.
With two generations actively servicing the State College area, family owned Continental Real Estate Management continues building their well-known and trusted brand here in Happy Valley. Like the families of many Penn State students, Continental knows first-hand the importance of finding housing close to campus you can rely on. And with four of the owners earning degrees from PSU, the 3rd generation currently in attendance provides promise of Continental’s future to maintain what the family has spent nearly 30 years building.
In an effort to grow with the ever-changing landscape of modern technology, Continental has hired locally owned and operated R&R Online Enterprises, LLC—to redesign a fresh website that’s more user- friendly for mobile devices—as well as the current generation of tech-savvy college students.
