Tesla Tumbles on National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Probe

Tesla Motors ( TSLA ) is falling in after-hours trading after it disclosed that the NHTSA has opened an investigation following the death of a Model S driver in autopilot mode. From Tesla's blog:
