Abercrombie & Fitch ( ANF ) has tumbled more than 20% today , so at least one analyst must think it's time to buy, right? Right. And that analyst is Standpoint Research's Ronnie Moas , who has done pretty well with beaten-retailers lately , including Gap ( GPS ), so maybe it's worth something. He explains why he's bullish on Abercrombie & Fitch despite its big drop today:
