On October 3, 2007, Epoch Holding Corporation (the "Company") announced that its Assets Under Management increased to $6.4 billion as of September 30, 2007 from $6.0 billion as of June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1
