Cracker Barrel Profit Rises 8.5%

Americans have been throwing down more biscuits and fried chicken at Cracker Barrel (CBRL), contributing to the restaurant’s rise in check size of 2.4% and a larger-than-expected rise in profits of 8.5% for its fiscal fourth quarter.
