Off the runway, designers adapt to new reality

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- An unusual high-low mix will be featured in designer Norma Kamali's first runway show in at least five years - what she designs for retail giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc., all under $20, will get equal play as her eponymous high-end fare, costing hundreds to thousands of dollars.
