RIM in retreat as Oracle gains following results

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Shares of Research In Motion Ltd. dropped nearly 9% on an intraday basis Friday, pulling back after the BlackBerry maker reported softer sales growth than expected, but investors liked Oracle Corp.'s financial results and bid the stock up.
