Mexico stocks off highs; Brazil eyes rate hike

Stocks in Brazil slip and Mexican stocks cling to slight gains Wednesday afternoon, with each of the markets off session highs after the head of the U.S. Federal Reserve said the outlook of the economy was uncertain.
