Accord Pharma to Buy the Rest of Shenzhen Sinopharm TCM

Shenzhen Accord Pharmaceutical will gain full control of Shenzhen Sinopharm Traditional Chinese Medicine by buying the 52.6% stake it doesn’t already own.
