UK Stocks -- Factors to watch on Thursday Oct 14

LONDON, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening 8-13 points higher, or up as much as 0.3 percent on Thursday, according to financial bookmakers, tracking gains overnight on Wall Street and in Asia after solid earnings news and on hopes for further quantitative easing.
