Craig McCaw to Step Down as Clearwire Chairman

Wireless pioneer Craig McCaw, the chairman of Kirkland, Washington-based Clearwire Corp (CLWR), has decided to resign from his position effective December 31, the company said in a regulatory filing late Thursday.
