Mr. Wan serves as a Mortgage Development Manager with the National Bank of Canada where he is responsible for building relationships with clients and builders, specializing in made to measure mortgages, fixed rate mortgages, and capped rate mortgages, as well as mortgage options for the self-employed, roll over mortgages, home warranty programs and a revolving clause. Mr. Wan’s specialization, experience and expertise in finance are evidenced by his accomplishments, one of the most recent which includes improving overall insurance sales in a previous position.
