As President and General Manager of Happy Paws Haven Inc., as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Sally has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 2006, Happy Paws Haven Inc. is an incorporated and endorsed no-kill animal welfare charity which provides services in the Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour regions as well as throughout Australia. The organization is made up of a team of local volunteers who dedicate their time to fund-raise, clean, care and re-home local cats and dogs that have been lost, abandoned or mistreated. Over 500 dogs and 800 cats have been rescued since its establishment with a re-homing rate of nearly 90%.
Sally is responsible for handling all management, marketing, media and general operations of the organization consisting of about 200 animals in care and approximately 35 volunteers. Prior to starting Happy Paws, she spent over 17 years in various managerial roles with IBM Australia. During her collegiate career, Sally earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie University. She is a member of the Graduate Management Association of Australia, Belgian Shepherd Club of NSW, and Dogs NSW. Sally is also an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
