Spain Backed To March 2009 Low

iShares MSCI Spain Index ETF (EWP) is now approaching to its lowest level in March 2009 since the financial crisis. In the meantime, SPDR S&P 500 SPY is at a level closing to its high in October 2007. What a difference between a leader and the loser:
