Barnes & Noble complaint smacks down the DOJ

Barnes & Noble Inc. has filed a complaint to protest the proposed settlement that the Department of Justice has reached with some book publishers over allegations of price fixing to counter the monster that is eating the publishing industry, Amazon.com Inc.
