PRLog - Nov. 19, 2013 - The facts of People v. D.B in Queens was a curious DWI case. The client was asked to take a breathalzyer by a NYPD higway cop. The client asked if he could speak for a lawyer and the cop said "absolutely not." "The law is clear in New York, the client must be allowed to contact an attorney upon request," Mr. Discioarro said.
In light of the facts of the case, the DA dropped all of the DWI charges against the client. "We are very happy with the result, my client should have never had his rights violated," Mr. Discioarro said.
