Ulta, Big Lots, J.C. Penney drop

Shares of Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance are in free fall Friday morning after a disappointing earnings report and outlook. A number of other retailers are getting jolted, with Big Lots skidding and Pacific Sunwear of California surging.
