Nektar Therapeutics Announces Public Offering of 8.5M Shares of Common Stock

Nektar Therapeutics (Nasdaq: NKTR ) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with this offering, Nektar will also grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares of common stock.
