The Elcano Royal Institute, one of the world’s 50 best security and international relations think-tanks, published this February a report under the title "Towards a strategic renovation of Spanish foreign policy."
More than 200 experts contributed to this report which proposes a new vision of Spain’s external relations with the world, taking into account regional changes and the complexity of the political and economic situation of the country.
The report underlines the strategic importance for Spain to establish with its southern neighbors a political approach that should aim to guarantee a safe Maghreb and Sahel.
