PARIS, April 22 (Reuters) - European stocks were seen rising on Monday, with M&A fever set to boost shares in the pharmaceutical sector. Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open around 29 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, Germany's DAX to open 60 points higher, or up 0.6 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 27 points higher, or up 0.6 percent.
