LHA Expands Offering to Include Capital Markets Advisory Services with Addition of Robert L. Wotczak as Executive Vice President

LHA (also known as Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates, Inc.) is expanding its investor relations services offering to include enhanced capital markets advisory services with the addition of Robert L. Wotczak as Executive Vice President/Principal. Wotczak joins LHA in its New York office following a decade in senior positions with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

LHA partners, Keith L. Lippert and John W. Heilshorn, stated, “On behalf of the entire organization, we welcome Rob to the LHA team. With over 12 years of leadership experience at prominent U.S. stock exchanges, Rob has been the primary advisor to IPO, OTC and foreign issuers on all aspects of the capital markets. Rob adds a new dimension to our core investor relations service offering. He will assist existing and prospective clients in assessing their exchange relations, developing capital access strategies through his extensive network of investment bankers serving small- and mid-cap companies and reinforcing corporate governance procedures. This agnostic, conflict-free work will augment LHA’s commitment to consistently deliver the highest level of best practices, which is the cornerstone of the firm’s long-standing reputation in the financial community.”

Rob stated, “I am excited to join the dynamic group of talented IR professionals at LHA. For 30 years, LHA has provided best-in-class IR and strategic communications counsel to its clients with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I believe my skillset and relationships will be highly complementary to the firm’s platform.”

Wotczak has more than 25 years of senior-level experience in capital markets advisory, stock exchange listings, IPOs, corporate governance and buyside/brokerage management. At the NYSE and the AMEX, Wotczak led the new listing of over 150 issuers including IPOs, transfers and up-listings from other exchanges. As head of equities at the AMEX, he was responsible for the management of more than 600 issuers, new listings, and strategic planning, which resulted in $40 million in revenue. Wotczak played an important role in the transition and integration of the AMEX into the NYSE in 2008. At the NYSE, Wotczak was appointed managing director and regional head, working with a diversified group of small-cap issuers and IPOs. His extensive exchange knowledge enables him to provide guidance on all aspects of the IPO or up-listing process, as well as the ongoing activities of a public company.

Prior to the exchanges, Wotczak led the trust and investment department for Commercial Bank of New York, where he was responsible for more than $1 billion in assets with $250 million in discretionary accounts. He also served as chairman of the bank's investment committee. Previously, he managed a Quick & Reilly branch office with responsibility for 25 brokers and assets of $700 million. Wotczak has Series 7, 63, 4, 8, 24 and 65 licenses as well as a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) certification. He holds a BA in Management & Finance from Baruch College.
