Cielo Honored with the HRO Today Services and Technology Association's Europe Talent Acquisition Program of the Year Award

Cielo (formerly Pinstripe & Ochre House), the world’s leading provider of global talent acquisition and management solutions, was recognized as the winner of the Europe Talent Acquisition Program of the Year award for its partnership with Anheuser-Busch InBev (“AB InBev”) during the annual HRO Today Services and Technology Association (formerly HROA) Awards gala in Scotland earlier this month. The awards, held during the HRO Forum Europe, honor the leaders driving positive change in the Human Resources industry.

The winning partnership between Cielo and AB InBev was chosen for the creation and implementation of imaginative, yet delivery-focused initiatives. The partnership has enabled AB InBev through cost savings, reduced time to hire, a consistent high quality of recruit and a compelling employer brand.

This is the fifth award of its kind won by Cielo in recent history. Earlier this year, Cielo’s partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim was awarded the HROA North America Customer Relationship of the Year award. Cielo also received joint honors in 2013 for its European partnership with Smiths Group and North American partnership with The University of Virginia Health System (UVA). In 2012, the firm was presented with the North American award for its partnership with ValueOptions.

In addition to this recognition during the Forum’s gala, Cielo experts presented an Innovation Track presentation entitled A Blueprint for 21st Century Talent Strategy. Led by Sue Brooks, Andrew Manning and Andy Curlewis, this session shared the findings of Cielo’s Talent Activation Index, a global survey of more than 750 HR and Talent Leaders, and real examples of replicable talent successes.

About the HRO Today Services and Technology Association

Originally founded in 2003 as the HROA, the association has been open to anyone in the HR Outsourcing and Transformation industry, including practitioners, buyers, providers, technology firms, advisors, consultants, attorneys, and academics. In November 2013, the then Trustees of the Association representing Practitioners, Providers and Advisors voted unanimously on a plan to evolve the HROA to broaden its reach and scope under the leadership of SharedXpertise, owners of the HRO Today brand. On January 1, 2014, the HROA was renamed HRO Today Services & Technology Association.
