FDA approves Purdue's painkiller that can reduce abuse

Nov 20 (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a long-acting narcotic painkiller with abuse-resistant properties made by Purdue Pharma L.P., the agency said on Thursday.
