Frank’s International N.V. Announces D. Keith Mosing Will Serve as Executive Chairman; Gary Luquette Intends to Succeed as President and CEO

Frank’s International N.V. (NYSE: FI) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Supervisory Directors (“the Board”) intends to appoint Gary Luquette, currently a member of the Board, to succeed D. Keith Mosing as President and Chief Executive Officer after a special shareholder meeting that has been scheduled for January 23, 2015. Mr. Luquette will continue to serve on the Board.

D. Keith Mosing will remain actively involved on a day-to-day basis with the Company and will serve as Executive Chairman of the Board.

Gary Luquette joined the Company’s Board in November 2013. He previously served as President of Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company, a position he held from April 2006 until his retirement in September 2013. Mr. Luquette began his career with Chevron in 1978. Mr. Luquette graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1978 and is a former member of the American Petroleum Institute and former chair of the organization’s Upstream Committee and former member of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Executive Committee. Additionally, Mr. Luquette currently serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Houston. Mr. Luquette is also a member of the board of directors of McDermott International, Inc.

At the special meeting of the Company’s shareholders on January 23, 2015, the Company’s shareholders will be asked to elect William B. Berry to serve on the Company’s Board for a term of office expiring at the Company’s 2015 annual meeting of shareholders.

William B. Berry served as Executive Vice President, Exploration and Production, of ConocoPhillips Company from 2003 until his retirement on January 1, 2008. He has over 30 years of experience with ConocoPhillips and Phillips Petroleum Company. Mr. Berry holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Teekay Corporation and Continental Resources, Inc.
