National Pancreatic Cancer Advocacy Day in Washington DC, Meet Us On the Hill, Wage Hope
PRLog - May 26, 2015 - MURRIETA, Calif. -- The Zetz Family Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation, along with other pancreatic cancer foundations and individuals affected by pancreatic cancer, will join the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in their 9th annual National Pancreatic Cancer Advocacy Day, Meet Us On the Hill, in Washington DC on June 22 and 23, 2015.
The purpose of National Pancreatic Cancer Advocacy Day in Washington DC is to converge on Capitol Hill to educate Congress about pancreatic cancer and the urgent need for increased federal funding for this deadly disease.This two day event will be attended by hundreds of advocates from across the country and will culminate in the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network setting up appointments for advocates to meet with their respective Congressional Representatives on Capitol Hill.
