UPDATE 1-FDA approves Lilly's lung cancer drug

Nov 24 (Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it had approved Eli Lilly & Co's Portrazza, in combination with two forms of chemotherapy, to treat patients with a type of lung cancer.
