TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 22, 2016 / Cava Resources Inc. (TSXV: CVA) ("Cava" or, the "Company") announces that the articles of the Company have been amended to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every ten (10) pre‑consolidation Common Shares (the "Consolidation"), resulting in approximately 2,048,411 Common Shares in the capital of the Corporation issued and outstanding. The Consolidation was approved by the shareholders of the Company at an annual and special meeting of shareholders held on August 11, 2015.
The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis at the opening of trading on Tuesday, January 26, 2016.
Letters of transmittal are being mailed to shareholders of the Corporation to be utilized to exchange their Common Shares for new Common Shares on a post-Consolidation basis.
