In trading on Wednesday, biotechnology shares were relative laggards, up on the day by about 0.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Galena Biopharma (GALE), down about 84.3% and shares of Tobira Therapeutics (TBRA) down about 7.2% on the day.
