Apple set to face up to $19 billion tax bill in EU ruling

The EU’s antitrust regulator is poised to rule that Apple’s tax arrangements with Ireland have breached the bloc’s state-aid rules, meaning the U.S. tech giant could be asked to pay back anywhere between $200 million and $19 billion.
