Banks planning to abandon U.K. in wake of Brexit, trade body warns

Major banks in Britain are preparing to abandon the U.K. over heightened fears of a so-called hard Brexit, with some lenders ready to move overseas as early as Christmas, according to the British Bankers’ Association.
