When Love Dies: Dow Trades New High Trump Trade Rallies On

Stocks rose today after I taly rejected a constitutional referendum but Austria voted against a far-right candidate and oil rallied . But if you listen to the strategists and analysts out there, it's still all about Donald Trump . The S&P 500 rose 0.6% to 2,204.71 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 45.82 points, or 0.2%, to 19,216.24, a new record high. The Nasdaq Composite gained 1% to 5,308.89. The folks at Bespoke Investment Group note that Buy-rated stocks have underperformed since Trump's victory in the 2016 U.S. presidential election:
