Capstead Mortgage Corporation Declares a $0.23 Per Share Fourth Quarter 2016 Common Dividend and a $0.46875 Per Share Fourth Quarter 2016 Series E Preferred Stock Dividend

Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter 2016 common dividend of $0.23 per common share on January 20, 2017 to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2016.

Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a fourth quarter 2016 dividend of $0.46875 per share on the Company’s 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on January 17, 2017, to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of December 30, 2016.
