How a Family Owned Cold Storage Construction Company Rises in 2017

By: Get News

LOS ANGELES, CA – 23 Mar, 2017 – A-N-C Cold Storage Construction Inc., is scaling to meet the growing demands of the cold storage solutions industry in North America. The trusted family owned business in Southern California is gaining momentum with food & beverage distribution networks, the pharmaceutical & technology industries, and industrial facilities. Now, this team of construction and cold storage solution experts are gearing up to compete in the marketplace in 2017.

With food distribution networks on the rise in the United States, suppliers like grocery stores, restaurants and institutional facilities are among the most complex yet precise of any mass market product category. Each step must be flawless to ensure that perishable items are delivered fresh and in a consistently stable form. This preserves the reputation of the purveyors and the overall safety of the consumer.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Christine Sanchez says “Now is the opportune time to enter the North American market.” And without hesitation she is accurate. The global cold storage construction market is projected to grow from USD 4.59 Billion in 2015 to a whopping USD 10.47 Billion by 2021, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 14% between 2016 and 2021.

A-N-C is one of the most sophisticated, but lesser known players in the cold storage construction industry. With over 30-years of experience, this team is excited and ready to enter the North American marketplace, providing access to cloud based cold storage solutions and answering to the increasing demands of public cold storage (PCS) warehouses.  Having approximately 1,400 public and 5,000 private cold storage warehouses in the United States,

A-N-C wants to be a part of the energy savings model to protect these facilities while expanding their base beyond borders. Major sources of the energy savings include:

Compressor Capacity Control: Prior to installation of variable frequency drives (VFD), the only way to control the capacity of the compressor was through opening and closing the slide valve (discharge port), which allowed for non-linear, inefficient control of capacity and resulted in a lot of waste within this range. With the drives, the capacity can be set at any point between 0 to 100%, allowing for the use of the exact amount of energy needed at any given time, with little to no waste.

Condenser and Evaporator Fan Control: Prior to drives, the only setting on the condenser and evaporator fans was “on” and “off.” With the drives however, the control of the condenser can be far more precise.

In order to achieve these goals CEO, Alex Sanchez and CFO, Christine Sanchez have begun re-designing their website and increasing marketing initiatives to gain visibility in the cold storage construction industry. By increasing website traffic flow and creating new internal positions, A-N-C is on its way to becoming a North American industry leader in the cold storage construction solutions industry.
