Samsung to refurbish and sell recalled Galaxy Note 7 phones

Samsung Electronics Co. said Monday it would sell refurbished or rental versions of the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone, marking a second life for a device that triggered the firm’s most embarrassing recall in its history.
