JC Penney CEO: Retail Will Suffer Greatly in 2009

JC Penney (JCP) Chief Executive Mike Ullman said Tuesday that the U.S. economy is not likely to recover until 2010 at the earliest and that the retail industry should be part of any government stimulus package the incoming administration proposes.
