Dillard’s, Inc. Reports November Sales Results

Dillard’s, Inc. (NYSE: DDS) (“Dillard’s” or the “Company”) announced today that merchandise sales (“sales”) for the four weeks ended November 27, 2010 were $469,263,000 compared to sales for the four weeks ended November 28, 2009 of $437,868,000. Total sales increased 7%. Sales in comparable stores increased 8% for the four weeks ended November 27, 2010.

Sales for the 43 weeks ended November 27, 2010 were $4,574,962,000 compared to sales for the 43 weeks ended November 28, 2009 of $4,533,271,000. Total sales increased 1%. Sales in comparable stores increased 2% for the 43-week period.

During the four weeks ended November 27, 2010, sales were slightly above the average total Company trend in the Central and Eastern regions and below trend in the Western region. Sales of shoes and juniors’ and children’s apparel were significantly above trend during the four-week period while sales in the home and furniture category and the cosmetics category were significantly below trend.
