Goodyear Tire & Rubber (NYSE: GT) swung to a loss for the fourth quarter but revenue climbed to beat analyst expectations.
PetroChina paid C$5.4 billion to acquire a 50% stake in Encana's (NYSE: ECA) Cutbank Ridge assets in Canada.
