US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Dow, S&P 500 down at open

NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) - The Dow and S&P 500 opened slightly lower on Thursday as oil prices hovered near $100 a barrel amid increasing concern about unrest in Libya. The Nasdaq was a touch higher.
