Guizhou Bailing Buys Majority Stake in Guizhou Herentang

Guizhou Bailing Group Pharmaceutical paid 40 million RMB ($6.2 million) for a 60% stake in Guizhou Herentang Pharmaceutical, a company with six patents for Miao ethnic TCMs. Both Herentang and Bailing specialize in TCMs that are part of the minority Miou culture of Southern China.
