Fosun Pharma Buys 70% of Jinzhou Ahon Pharma fo $219 Million

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) will pay up to 1.4 billion RMB ($219 million) to acquire a 70% stake in Jinzhou Ahon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. A wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd., will be the acquirer. The same subsidiary will also purchase all or part of the shares in Ahon that are held by Xinjiang Boze Equity Investment Limited Partnership when they transfer to Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development in 2016.
