Kerzel will leverage her 18 years of experience and provide additional insight and perspective in talent management, organization design and complex program management.

Kerzel also served as vice president of management effectiveness at Fidelity Investments and spent 12 years at Accenture in their human performance practice.

Kerzel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Merrimack College and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University.
