Icahn Issues Comment on Deal with Dell

Carl C. Icahn today announced that he and his affiliates have entered into an agreement with Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL ) that will facilitate discussions among Dell shareholders free of the legal restrictions under Delaware law.
