IAC Announces Pricing of $500M Senior Notes Offering

IAC (NASDAQ: IACI ) announced today that it has agreed to sell $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior notes due 2018 (the "Notes") in a private offering (the "Offering"). The Notes will be guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of IAC. The Offering of the Notes is
