Victory for Garmin® in First Inter Partes Patent Review

Garmin International, Inc., a subsidiary of Garmin (NASDAQ: GRMN ) announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued a final decision in the inter partes review (IPR) initiated by Garmin against a patent held by Cuozzo Speed Technologies LLC. The USPTO ordered cancellation of each
